I lead product design for complex SaaS platforms.

I help teams turn messy workflows, fragmented systems, and emerging technologies into clear, scalable product experiences. Over the past decade I’ve led design and product strategy across multi-sided platforms, geospatial analytics, civic data, and construction technology.

Currently Head of Design at Lula, where I built the design department from scratch. Design had been an execution-only function; now it’s an integrated department shaping a multi-sided property maintenance platform across internal operations, residents, customers, providers, vendors, native mobile apps and AI-powered orchestration.
